We have a large group and we’d like to rent the whole house. Can we rent the entire duplex?
Yes. In addition to the 3 bedrooms downstairs in this duplex, there are also 3 bedrooms upstairs. If you need more space, we can sometimes accommodate you with enough notice.

Bonus! The 3-bedroom apartment upstairs has a beautifully remodeled (in 2022) + somewhat famous kitchen which was featured in Milwaukee Magazine.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3PM, and check-out is by 11AM. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Is parking available?
Yes, we offer free on-site. There’s also ample street parking with an overnight permit.

Is the property pet-friendly?
Yes. Pets are allowed with an additional deposit.

Is Wi-Fi available? What is the speed?
Yes, we provide free Wi-Fi. The speed is approximately 1,000+ Mbps, suitable for streaming, remote work, etc.

Are there any house rules?

• Request permission for additional guests.

• No smoking anywhere on the premises.

• This is not the right property for hosting parties.

How far is the property from local attractions or public transport?
The house is located about 10 minutes north of downtown Milwaukee (Fiserv Forum/Bucks + Milwaukee Art Museum + Summerfest). About 15 minutes from American Family Field (Brewers). About 2 hours south of Green Bay (Lambeau Field/Packers).

Are there laundry facilities?
Yes, we offer washer/dryer in the basement (the basement is unfinished… but not too scary. :)
